30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact ZYLOXIA through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns sent without first requesting authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or other relevant information.

If the issue is confirmed, ZYLOXIA will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, and we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

This does not affect claims involving items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
